3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We may offer free shipping for orders over a certain amount (check our website for details!).

4. International Shipping

  • We do ship internationally to select countries.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • International shipping times may be longer due to customs processing.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
  • You can use this number to check your order’s status in real time.

6. Double-Check Your Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • We can’t be responsible for orders sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.

8. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, you may need to pay for reshipping.
